satisfactory stay
fresh food food choice fresh papaya helpful staff room noise acoustic isolation bad isolation quiet street
i found the breakfast to be amazing. it had a huge choice of fresh food. i especially liked fresh papaya available in november. the staff were helpful and polite.
i experienced a lot of noise in the room. the acoustic isolation seemed poor. i could hear noises from a quiet street, which woke me up.

underwhelming spa experience
the staff were superb, friendly, efficient and helpful.
the spa jacuzzi wasn't interesting and the pool felt very cold at only 26 degrees.

early closure significant noise
the rooftop bar closed early at 8 pm and the entire rooftop area including the pool closed at 9 pm this felt excessively early restricting the evening relaxation options nearby restaurants were not easily accessible by foot adding inconvenience the traffic noise outside my room was significant throughout the night due to a traffic light right in front of the hotel this disrupted sleep quality
